Charles Peters Limited – Director and shareholder in recruitment agency working across various sectors.

KMAT Trust – Member and previously been Chair  & Vice Chair of Trustees for 2 school MAT, both secondary schools. Worked with partners resulting in new build of Kenilworth School in September 2023, after 11 year project.

Evergreen School – Vice Chair of Governors Evergreen School – the school is an all age school (4-19) for children and young people with Special Educational Needs. It has two campuses in Warwick and serves the Central Warwickshire area. It will shortly become part of Warwick School Foundation MAT, which is a newly formed MAT, with 4 other schools joining.

District Councillor – been a district councillor covering Kenilworth & Arden for 6 years now and was previously Deputy leader covering the finance portfolio. Now Chair of Audit and Standards.
