Laura Michael

I grew up in Kenilworth, attending both Kenilworth School and Castle Sixth Form. I still have both family and friends in Kenilworth. I now live in Birmingham with my young family. 

I am a HR leader within the automotive sector, with 15 years of experience. I hold an MA in HR and Industrial Relations and a BA in International Development. I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and hold an Employment Law Diploma as well as my degrees. 

I am so excited to part of Kenilworth MAT and feel honoured to contribute to the area where I grew up.
